RETURNS

If you need to return any product, just let us know. Please email us at to let us know what you are returning and why. On returns of $100 or less feel free to return them without contacting us. Please note transformers or special orders have a 20% restocking fee. Non-stocked special ordered merchandise is not returnable.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Smaller orders are shipped via the US Postal service; heavier ones by UPS. Orders are normally shipped the same day as received, so should arrive quickly. Priority mail is used for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO, and APO addresses unless another option is requested. Shipping on orders to North America is $5.00, excluding surcharges on transformers. Shipping is free on orders over $200.

OVERNIGHT ORDERS

FedEx overnight orders placed before 1pm Pacific time (2pm Mountain, 3pm Central, 4pm Eastern) will ship the same day. Cost on most overnight orders is $20.95. You can choose Overnight or Two Day shipping on the final checkout form. Remote areas of Alaska may have a $15.00 surcharge; we will let you know if that is the case. FedEx does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

TWO DAY ORDERS

FedEx Two Day orders placed before 1pm Pacific time (2pm Mountain, 3pm Central, 4pm Eastern) will ship the same day. Cost on most Two Day orders is $12.00. Refer to the instructions under "Overnight Orders."

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We now accept international orders by telephone, 24 hours day. The toll free number for Canada is 1.800.852.7085. For the United Kingdom the number is 02070784116. Calls from other countries need to dial 1.801.415.9430.

International orders are normally shipped airmail or priority mail, and usually arrive in seven to ten days. Small orders cost USD $7.00 and larger ones usually USD $12.00. There are international shipping options on the online order form.

Please be aware that payment of import tariffs, fees, or duties imposed by the country you reside in is your responsibility, not ours.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from the U.S. and Canada. Terms are net 30. Fax a copy of your purchase order to 1-888-722-0567. No tax will be added to orders unless from Utah. (If ordering tax-exempt from Utah, please also fax your tax-exempt certificate.)

Fortune 1000 Corporations and Educational orders will be processed immediately if the ship-to location is a valid corporate/educational address. Purchase orders from other companies or non-profit organizations will also be processed as quickly as possible; in some case additional credit information will be necessary.
