SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS
If you need to return or exchange any product, just let us know. Please email us at 
to let us know what you are returning and why. If making an exchange, please mark "exchange" on the outside of your package. On returns within 30 days of your order feel free to return them without contacting us. Returns received after 30 days of the order have a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on defective items returned within a year. No returns after one year for any reason. Please note transformers also have a 20% restocking fee no matter when they are returned. (We have to check them before reselling them.) Special ordered merchandise is not returnable.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Smaller orders are shipped via the US Postal service; heavier ones by UPS. Orders are normally shipped the same day as received, so should arrive quickly. Priority mail is used for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO, and APO addresses unless another option is requested. Shipping on orders to The United States is $5.00, excluding surcharges on some transformers. Shipping is free on orders over $200.
OVERNIGHT ORDERS
FedEx overnight orders placed before 1pm Pacific time (2pm Mountain, 3pm Central, 4pm Eastern) will ship the same day. Cost on most overnight orders is $20.95 in addition to the standard $5.00 shipping charge. You can choose Overnight shipping on the final checkout form. Remote areas of Alaska may have a $15.00 surcharge. FedEx does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

TWO DAY ORDERS
FedEx Two Day orders placed before 1pm Pacific time (2pm Mountain, 3pm Central, 4pm Eastern) will ship the same day. Cost on most Two Day orders is $9.95 in addition to the standard $5.00 shipping charge. You can choose Two Day shipping on the final checkout form. Remote areas of Alaska may have a $15.00 surcharge. FedEx does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are normally shipped airmail or priority mail, and usually arrive in ten to twenty days. Small orders cost USD $8.95 and larger ones usually USD $14.00. There are international shipping options on the online order form.
We can ship FedEx on special request. Please contact us if you need this option.
Please be aware that payment of import tariffs, fees, or duties imposed by the country you reside in is your responsibility, not ours.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept purchase orders from the U.S. and Canada. Terms are net 30. Fax a copy of your purchase order to 1-888-722-0567.
Fortune 1000 Corporations and Educational orders will be processed immediately if the ship-to location is a valid corporate/educational address. Purchase orders from other companies or non-profit organizations will also be processed as quickly as possible; in some case additional credit information will be necessary.
