RETURNS
If you need to return or exchange any product, just let us know. Please email us at to let us know what you are returning and why. If making an exchange, please mark "exchange" on the outside of your package. Was there a problem? Please let us know and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Please no merchandise 90 days or older -- that's a long time to know if you want it!
Special ordered merchandise is not returnable.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Smaller orders are shipped via the US Postal service; heavier ones by UPS. Orders are normally shipped the same day as received, so should arrive quickly. Priority mail is used for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO, and APO addresses unless another option is requested. Shipping on orders to The United States is $5.00, excluding surcharges on some transformers. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
OVERNIGHT ORDERS
FedEx overnight orders placed before 1pm Pacific time (2pm Mountain, 3pm Central, 4pm Eastern) will ship the same day. Cost on most overnight orders is $20.95. ($5.00 basic shipping charge added to orders under $50.) You can choose Overnight shipping on the final checkout form. There are no express shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
TWO DAY ORDERS
FedEx Two Day orders placed before 1pm Pacific time (2pm Mountain, 3pm Central, 4pm Eastern) will ship the same day. Cost on most Two Day orders is $12.95. ($5.00 basic shipping charge added to orders under $50.) You can choose Two Day shipping on the final checkout form. There are no express shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped airmail, and usually arrive in two to four weeks. Small orders cost USD $9.95, medium ones $14.00, and large ones $19.00. If your shipping cost exceeds $19.00 we will contact you for approval of additional shipping expense. There are international shipping options on the online order form.
Please be aware that payment of import tariffs, fees, or duties imposed by the country you reside in is your responsibility, not ours.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept purchase orders from the U.S. and Canada. Terms are net 30. Fax a copy of your purchase order to 1-888-722-0567.
Fortune 1000 Corporations and Educational orders will be processed immediately if the ship-to location is a valid corporate/educational address. Purchase orders from other companies or non-profit organizations will also be processed as quickly as possible; in some case additional credit information will be necessary.
