Forced to live on this planet by the multiple constraints of gravity, time, space, and physiological needs, Dr. Electricity spends his days investigating the infinite electrical plugs, adapters, etc. invented by his species. He's not omniscient, but knows a fair amount and tries to learn more each day than he forgets. If you are taking an appliance, computer, etc., overseas then the Doctor is your man.
