Italy uses Type C, Type F, and Type L plugs. The grounded Type L plug has three round pins arranged in a straight line.
A Type L travel adapter, also spelled Type L travel adaptor, Italy adapter, Italian adaptor plug, or CEI 23-50 adaptor plug, changes the plug shape only. It does not convert voltage.
This grounded adapter accepts plug styles from all countries except Type M. Large European Schuko plugs, called Type E/F, fit but are not grounded.
