Type B Travel Adapter (NEMA 5-15 / US & Canada Grounded Plug)
Type B plugs (formally designated NEMA 5-15 and commonly called the grounded US or Canada plug) have two flat parallel pins and a round grounding pin. This grounded plug design is encountered worldwide.

Electrical standard: typically 100–127 V / 50–60 Hz.
Adapters do not convert voltage.
A Type B travel adapter, also commonly sold as a Type B travel adaptor or grounded adaptor plug, changes plug shape only. It does not convert voltage.
This grounded adapter accepts not just U.S. plugs but plug styles from all countries, except Type M South Africa plugs. However, Type E/F Schuko-style plugs will not be grounded.
